Senate Republicans Float Bill To Strictly Limit Judicial Review Under NEPA

Senate Republicans are introducing a bill that would eliminate the ability to challenge projects under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and instead require lawsuits to be brought under environmental statutes under which a project is permitted, while setting a 120-day deadline for such suits.
