State Ozone Group Urges EPA To Tighten Scrutiny Of Biodiesel Emissions

The Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) of 12 Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern States is warning EPA that air emissions from biodiesel used in trucks are substantially higher than the agency currently believes and is urging officials to review recent findings on the issue by a transport think tank and possibly drop funding for biodiesel engine retrofits.
