Stevens Suggests ANWR Revenue Could Pay For Climate Change Impacts

Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK), a longtime proponent of drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), is suggesting that revenues from future ANWR oil be used to help relocate Alaskan villages affected by climate change.
