Sweeping Federal Water Reuse Action Plan ‘Institutionalizes’ Effort At EPA

EPA and other federal agencies have unveiled a wide-ranging plan to encourage water reuse in a variety of sectors through partnerships with states, local governments and industry, marking the “beginning of institutionalizing water reuse at EPA” in the Office of Water (OW), according to agency water chief David Ross.
