Several nationwide industry groups are urging the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit to take up litigation over alleged emissions cheating by General Motors (GM) and overturn a split three-judge panel’s decision allowing consumers’ suit against the auto giant to proceed in Michigan state court.
