Water Utilities Seek To Join States’ Suit Over EPA Cyber Requirements

Two groups representing drinking water utilities are seeking to intervene in litigation brought by three Republican-led states that aims to block new cybersecurity requirements EPA is adding to regular monitoring programs for drinking water systems.
