Members of the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council (WHEJAC) have strengthened their call for EPA to update its rules governing incinerator emissions, voting to revise language in a draft letter that the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) “direct,” rather than “urge,” the agency to revise the rules.
