White House Issues MOU On Interagency Coordination Process For EJ Issues

The Biden administration has adopted a memorandum of understanding (MOU) among EPA and a host of other agencies to govern the Environmental Justice Interagency Council (IAC), an agreement that establishes ground rules for how the agencies will coordinate on environmental justice (EJ) issues.
