ARB DOWNPLAYS POLLUTION IMPACT OF CLEAN-FUEL STANDARD RELAXATION

Air board officials are downplaying the pollution impacts of their proposed emergency waiver of a clean-gasoline vapor pressure standard, saying that only volatile emissions will increase and that compliance with their federally approved state implementation plan (SIP) will be maintained.
