ARB PROPOSES RELAXED PHASE-IN OF TRUCK DIAGNOSTIC RULE

Air board staff is proposing to phase in its controversial regulation to require heavy-duty engine makers to equip new engines with on-board diagnostic (OBD) systems similar to those already required in light- and medium-duty vehicles in California.
