CABINET CONCERNS MAY BE DELAYING CAL/EPA GHG REDUCTION TARGETS

Schwarzenegger Administration fears about potential energy price impacts may be holding up a Cal/EPA proposal to establish state greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets, according to sources.
