SOURCES SAY DECISION BACKING L.A. CLEAN-FLEET RULES MAY NOT STAND

A U.S. district judge's ruling last week that many view as essentially reversing a Supreme Court decision that struck down the South Coast air district's clean-fuel fleet rules may not survive an appeal or amended motion, according to sources tracking the case.
