District Court Judge Sets Deadlines For EPA Ozone NAAQS Designations

A federal district court judge is ordering EPA to complete almost all of its long-delayed designations for which parts of the country are attaining or violating the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) by the agency's suggested deadline of April 30, but has set a stricter deadline for designations in Texas than EPA sought.
