Environmentalists are raising concerns that the Trump administration's highly-anticipated policy for streamlining EPA regions' reviews of states' federally-delegated environmental programs will allow for issuance of inadequate permits and weak enforcement, and are urging EPA to seek public comment before finalizing the policy.
