NAS Urges Expanded, Updated Monitoring For EPA's Stormwater Permit

The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) in a just-released report is urging EPA to overhaul and expand monitoring and other provisions in its stormwater permit for industrial facilities, saying the actions, if incorporated into EPA's next revised permit due out in 2020, would help achieve its goals without harming industry.
