EPA Plans Outreach On TSCA Rules, Delaying Response To Industry Petition

EPA is preparing to conduct broad public outreach to assess views from a wide variety of stakeholders as it prepares to write its first risk management rules under the revised TSCA, part of an interim and informal effort to address industry fears about the process after the agency delayed formally responding to a petition seeking a rule to guide the process.
