House bill seeks new EPA analysis for biofuels

House supporters of biofuels have introduced a bipartisan bill to force EPA to update its modeling for the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions of ethanol and biodiesel to reflect much lower emissions relative to unblended gasoline than EPA now assumes, which would make biofuels more attractive as a means to reduce GHGs.
