EPA Seeks To Renew Data Gathering Power For ‘Substantial Risk’ Notices

EPA is moving to renew its information collection request (ICR) authority for TSCA-mandated reports of new data showing when chemicals pose a “significant risk” to human health or the environment, just weeks after it resumed publishing the notices online following a three-year gap during which the agency saw a drop in the number of reports filed.
