EPA Nears Release Of Key RFS ‘Set’ Plan As OMB Commences Review

EPA has taken a step closer to proposing its long-overdue “set” rule that will establish biofuel blending volumes for 2023 and beyond under the renewable fuel standard (RFS), sending the plan for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) review ahead of an extended judicial deadline of Nov. 30 to release the precedent-setting regulation.
