GAO Adds EPA Wildfire Smoke Recommendations To Annual Priority List

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is renewing its 2023 call for EPA to develop a coordinated approach for its actions to help communities prepare for and respond to the growing air quality risks of wildfire smoke, charging that an interagency agreement to address the issue does not go far enough.
