Judge Stays PFAS Claims Against AFFF Seller Pending Bankruptcy Filing

A federal district judge overseeing multidistrict litigation (MDL) over PFAS contamination has suspended claims against the seller of aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF), Kidde-Fenwal Inc.
