Maine DEP Poised To Revise PFAS Ban Following Legislative Action

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is preparing to revise its proposed rule for implementing a sweeping ban on PFAS in products based on pending state legislation that would redefine the scope of the program, extending a reporting deadline for industry and exempting small businesses, among other changes.
