Organic farmers from Maine and a Texas county have joined litigation brought by several Texas ranchers alleging EPA is failing to meet Clean Water Act (CWA) requirements to identify certain PFAS as toxic pollutants present in sewage sludge and is failing to regulate certain PFAS in biosolids.
