Ambiguities In TSCA Orders Spur Call For Firms To Work With EPA On Tests

Industry attorneys are warning that EPA’s recent round of TSCA orders for companies to conduct occupational exposure monitoring studies of several chemicals under evaluation left unclear the exact targets of some of those tests, and are urging firms to seek clarification lest they produce data the agency would consider irrelevant or unusable.
