EPA Aims For Rolling Releases Of TSCA Chemical Evaluations By 2026

EPA is setting a 2026 target to move its TSCA chemical risk evaluations to a rolling schedule that would have the toxics office finish at least eight every year -- a sharp departure from the agency’s struggles to meet statutory deadlines for its first 10 -- as well as conducting ongoing “reviews” of new-chemicals requirements.
