EPA is rejecting plaintiffs’ allegations that it is trying to apply its controversial proposal barring the use of scientific studies from its consideration if the underlying data are not publicly available to the pending litigation over the agency’s denial of a TSCA citizen’s petition seeking regulation of fluoride.
