EPA Expected To Grant Chemical Industry Request To Extend CDR Deadline

EPA is expected to soon announce that it is granting a request from the chemical industry to extend its looming Nov. 30 deadline for companies to submit data about their uses of chemicals as required by the agency’s revised Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule, after industry reporters recently faced difficulties with the electronic submissions system.
