EPA Reopens TSCA Comment Dockets For 20 ‘High Priority’ Chemicals

EPA is reopening for another six months its call for toxicity, use and exposure information on the 20 chemicals it designated as “high-priority” for TSCA evaluation in 2019 -- a move that immediately follows a new letter from a coalition of environmental groups urging officials to consider racial disparities in its evaluations of seven phthalates.
