The Trump EPA is releasing what it is calling a “supplement” to the draft 1,3-butadiene TSCA risk evaluation that the Biden EPA released in December, with the new analysis finding significantly reduced cancer risks for those living near the nine 1,3-butadiene-emitting facilities deemed to present the highest risk in the draft’s earlier calculations.
