Betsy Southerland, a former top EPA official, is urging the Biden administration to group per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) for regulation, an approach the agency has been slow to adopt, saying it is critical for regulating PFAS under TSCA and other actions needed to strengthen the PFAS Action Plan.
