Regan Faces Immediate Call For TSCA Asbestos Ban After Confirmation

Environmentalists are already pressing newly confirmed EPA Administrator Michael Regan to strengthen the agency’s TSCA implementation, and specifically to rework the Trump-era evaluation of asbestos in order to justify a full ban on the substance, following on his promise to a senator that he would revisit the assessment once in office.
