EPA Finalizes Three Trump-Era SNUR Proposals

EPA is finalizing TSCA significant new use rules (SNURs) for substances subject to three premanufacture notices (PMNs) almost a year after proposing the limits, while rejecting calls from an animal-welfare group to use the rules to bolster non-animal testing of new chemicals.
