EPA Readies Renewed ICR For Methylene Chloride Rule

EPA is seeking to renew its information collection request (ICR) aimed at ensuring compliance with the TSCA ban on consumer uses of methylene chloride paint-strippers though the agency expects compliance costs to plummet as the agency believes most companies have already filed their one-time reports under the rule.
