STATES TO PROPOSE EPA FUNDING CUTS TO MAKE ROOM FOR CORE PROGRAMS

State environmental officials are crafting a report that will detail which EPA programs should be downsized or eliminated in order to increase funding for states and "core agency programs," these officials say.
