Judge orders DOJ, youth climate plaintiffs to seek settlement

A federal district judge is urging the Department of Justice (DOJ) and 21 youth plaintiffs suing the government for violating their constitutional rights by promoting fossil fuels to seek to a settlement, and is ordering the parties to meet with a magistrate judge who is familiar with the long-running case.
