DOJ Cites D.C. Circuit Vehicle Waiver Ruling To Defend EPA Standards

The Department of Justice (DOJ) says its recent victory against GOP states and others that challenged EPA’s permission for California vehicle emissions programs offers an additional legal precedent that undercuts states’ standing to challenge EPA’s model year 2023-26 light-duty vehicle greenhouse gas standards.
