Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi in a Feb. 12 legal filing are refreshing their push for a preliminary injunction to block EPA's Clean Water Act (CWA) jurisdiction rule. Their filing asks the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Galveston Division, in State of Texas, et al., v. EPA, et al., to bar implementation of the CWA rule following a Feb. 2 order by the court lifting a stay in the suit.
