Environmentalists are asking the Louisiana Supreme Court to overturn a lower court ruling reinstating key air permits for Formosa Plastics’ massive planned petrochemical complex in St. James Paris after industry and the state successfully appealed a decision tossing the permits and EPA abruptly dropped its civil rights inquiry into the matter.
