EPA adopts FWS’s NEPA ‘exclusion’ for wetlands restoration

EPA has adopted National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) categorical exclusions (CEs) previously used by the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) for restoration activities of wetland, riparian and native habitats under certain water grants and loan programs, the latest in a suite of such CEs the agency has adopted from other agencies.
