Amid Litigation, California Floats Another Prop. 65 Warning For Acrylamide

California health hazard officials are floating yet another proposed Proposition 65 warning label for the ubiquitous food chemical acrylamide in an attempt to resolve long-running free-speech litigation over the state’s chemical labeling program, after industry won a permanent injunction against an earlier version of the warning mandate.
