EPA Adopts DOE’s ‘Exclusions’ Under NEPA For Recycling Activities

EPA has adopted two more National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) categorical exclusions (CEs) from the Department of Energy (DOE), with one applying to the drop-off and collection of recyclable materials and another for installation or relocation of machinery and equipment at such facilities.
