EPA Advances Pesticide Applicator Regulatory Revisions For OMB Review

EPA has sent for White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) pre-publication review a proposed rule to revise protections for applicators of pesticides, part of a package of rulemakings that the agency is working on to address calls for better protection for farmworkers against potential adverse effects from pesticides exposures.
