EPA Names Fourth PFAS Target For Delay-Plagued TSCA Testing Program

EPA is ordering new, industry-funded toxicity tests on a PFAS used in a range of applications as part of its TSCA strategy designed to gather data on little-studied members of the thousands-strong class in order to bolster its analyses of similar chemicals -- just the agency’s fourth test order under that program, more than two years after it launched.
