EPA Poised To Unveil Long-Awaited Plan For Water System Restructuring

AUSTIN, TX -- EPA is expected next month to propose its long-awaited rule on water system restructuring and assessment, which would provide a new mandatory assessment authority for primacy agencies and restructuring incentives for public water systems to help bolster compliance and address related affordability concerns.
