EPA Rejects Requests For Significant Changes To FY16-17 Program Plans

EPA has rejected states' requests to make major changes to several program offices' plans for their fiscal year 2016 and 2017 work, including its methods for evaluating changes to state's water rules and permit regimes, its planning process for its water permit program, and declining calls to revise its formula for allocating air grants to states.
