James Inhofe (R-OK), chairman of the Senate environment committee and a top EPA critic, is urging the agency to clarify whether it will abide by “inherent” requirements in a Supreme Court order to postpone all deadlines in its greenhouse gas rule for existing power plants to account for litigation over the rule.
