SAB Panel Launches Speedy Two-Pronged Review To Aid EPA EJ Efforts

A new Science Advisory Board (SAB) panel has launched a fast-paced, two-pronged review of EPA’s environmental justice (EJ) efforts, including a formal peer review of its draft technical guide for assessing EJ considerations in rulemakings as well as a broader, self-initiated commentary on how agency officials can address the topic more consistently.
