ALLOWING ARMY TO INCINERATE PCBS VIOLATES NEPA, TSCA, CITIZENS SAY

In recently submitted written comments to EPA, citizens' groups opposed to the incineration of chemical weapons decry plans to allow the Army to incinerate chemical weapons materiel contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
