DUKE SAYS CARBON FEE COULD FUND OTHER CORPORATE TAX REFORMS

Duke Energy is intensifying its push for an economy wide carbon tax, touting the concept in a new proposal to a presidential advisory panel as a way to generate government revenues that could pay for other corporate tax breaks.
