INDUSTRY PREVIEWS POSSIBLE LAWSUIT OVER FERC COGENERATION PROPOSAL

A coalition of manufacturers, chemical plants, refineries and energy efficiency advocates is laying the groundwork for a possible lawsuit over a proposal by federal energy regulators to remove market protections for purchasing electricity from energy-efficient combined heat and power (CHP) facilities.
